Hello and Welcome!
I’m Amanda. I am a certified power yoga teacher, certified in adaptive yoga for those with brain injury, and a doctor of physical therapy with a board certification in neurologic physical therapy. I offer individual yoga and yoga therapy sessions to people of all ages.
With an emphasis on breathing techniques, mindful movement, relaxation, and meditation, using ancient philosophies of yoga to promote physical and mental well-being for optimal health.
